• A:Answer Short answer is no. Depending on the cabinet style, I suspect a 1" to 2" furrowing strip for mounting the rear hanger on the wall behind unit would space it out far enough.

Obviously, if you have food on your fingers and you touch the refrigerator it will leave a splurge, but if you just touch it as part of normal use it does not leave smudges. This is the nicest stainless finish of any appliance I've ever owned.
