• door can be set up to open from either side. I think it comes already set up to open from left to right. I'm assuming the delivery people an switch it. The instructions tell you how to do it yourself.

• Yes, mine had to be the opposite from the display. My sales lady refused to notify the warehouse when I purchased this refrigerator. The installation guy said that the warehouse would have switched the hinges, but he was really nice about doing this in my kitchen. So to save time, insist that this alert is on the invoice for the warehouse people.
