Mine was delivered free of charge and my husband was able to install it. We had to wait for installation because we were waiting for flood to be installed.

My install was done by the contractor who was remodeling the kitchen. The trick is to follow the direction provided in detail. Otherwise, call a plumber in your area and get his hour rate. I would say it takes no more than 2 hours to pull out the old unit and install this one.
