“I have this dishwasher and have replaced the soap dispenser part after the first one not working. It still does not open every time that we run the dishwasher. Is there anything else we can do to try and fix it?”

make sure you don't have a large item in the way of not allowing the soap dispenser door from opening when you close the door to turn the dish washer on. I have done that a few time a large dish or pot got in the way and the door could not open.
