“how long do the racks last before they rust and break?”

• I've use this dishwasher often - 300 days a year, had it for 3.5 years, so over 1000 washes. Bottom rack is beginning to rust.

• Well, only time will tell. My 40+ years experience with dishwashers tell me about 10+ years would be the answer.

• I haven't had it long enough for that to happen I just got it a couple months ago and it hope it never does my old one never did after 10 years
