I notice if we go between the crushed ice and cubed ice feature the ice gets stuck and doesn't come out. If you shake the box that has the ice in it that should solve the issue. No other problems with it besides that.

Just had to flip the switch during initial installation to get the ice maker to start making ice and then you just toss away that ice for the first 24 hours to make way for the clean, pure ice it makes.
