No, there is one 230V 30A circuit that is hard wired in. If there is not such a circuit in the cabinet, you will need an electrician to wire this. The pigtail on the oven will need to reach the electrical box which must be near the top of the cabinet. If you are buying this from Best Buy, it is best to schedule a pre installation site visit to make sure the rough opening is the right size and that the pigtail can reach the electrical box in the cabinet.
