Usually just a Lysol wipe. But occasionally I use Bar tenders friend.

There are a few methods. Nothing too abrasive should be used with a porcelain top. One way is to soak grates in a bag with a little bit of ammonia. To clean the top though combine 2 parts baking soda with 1 part water. Rub the paste onto any remaining food residue or stains. Scrub with a nylon mesh scrubber until the stains fades completely.
