Q: Questionmy burners are burning black, all my pots are black after cooking and even the oven burns black . I also notice i have yellow flame instead of blue. what could have been the cause of this?

Q: QuestionWhen you say the flame can't be turned down, do you mean the flame is either on or off on each burner and the flame cannot be controlled by the knob?

• A:Answer There is a "cook timer" to the left of the clock. First set "bake time" to how long you want it to bake, then set "start time". Or are you asking it there is a regular timer? Then, yes. There is a button called "timer On/Off." Or, if you want to set the oven to bake for a certain amount of time, you can do that through the "cook timer".

Q: QuestionHow do I get an LP Conversion kit for this range?I was told an LP conversion kit was included by salesman William S at the Best Buy store on Monroe Street in Toledo, Ohio. I am very disappointed to learn that he was either ignorant of my question or just flat out lied to me about the LP conversion kit. How in the world do I get a conversion kit for this? It is completely useless to me unless and until I can get an LP conversion kit sent to me.
