“I saw a previous answer that indicated this was not a "true" convection oven?? What does that mean to me, what is the difference between this and a "true" convection? Does it include a griddle and is the drawer below the broiler or storage?”

I believe Tru convection means that it is strictly a convection oven, this one is gas that has a quick bake button that will turn on the convection fan to distribute the heat evenly, so it is not always convection, only when you choose it to be. Also it does include a griddle and the drawer is for storage, the broiler is inside the oven.

Quick Bake Convection uses a fan to circulate the oven's heat uniformly and continuously around the oven. The fan will turn on after 6 minutes once Quick Bake is set. A true-convection oven has a third heating element along with the fan, so it blows heated air. Yes, the griddle is included. The drawer at the bottom is designed for storage only. Kindly, Anna
