QuestionI saw a previous answer that indicated this was not a "true" convection oven?? What does that mean to me, what is the difference between this and a "true" convection? Does it include a griddle and is the drawer below the broiler or storage?

- Answer I believe Tru convection means that it is strictly a convection oven, this one is gas that has a quick bake button that will turn on the convection fan to distribute the heat evenly, so it is not always convection, only when you choose it to be. Also it does include a griddle and the drawer is for storage, the broiler is inside the oven.

QuestionCan the burners be lit with a match in the event of a power outage?

- Answer Hey Deepwoods! The range FFGF3054TS can be operated in the even of a power outage. To light a surface burner, hold a lit match to the burner head, then slowly turn the surface control knob to lite. Once the burner ignites, push in and turn knob out of lite then to the desired flame setting. Use caution when lighting surface burners manually. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

- Answer This information can be found on page 32 of the product manual: Remove all racks and oven accessories. 2. Scrape or wipe loose debris and grease from the oven bottom. 3. Pour 1 cup of tap water onto the oven bottom.(Figure 21) Close oven door 4. Press steam clean. 5. Press either the up arrow or down arrow to activate. St Cn will appear in the display. 6. The time remaining in the Steam Clean cycle is shown in the display. Do not open the door during this time. If door is open while in steam clean (d-O) will appear in the display 7. When the steam clean cycle is complete an alert will sound and the END message will show in the display. Press OFF to return to the clock. Press OFF at any time to cancel Steam Clean
