They both fall off and fridgidaire wanted $150 for both pieces on a 3 month new induction range
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Still same design flaw,,, bought March 1 2023. Mine cracked at mounting holes and started falling off and blocking door from closing (yes both sides). 6 months old. Been using for 4 months without. Was told this is considered a non-functional part/cosmetic and not a warranty item. Something like $49 (didn’t asked if that was per side). Supposed to keep heat away from controls. So now if my controls fail before the warranty is up, I am sure it will be my fault for not replacing crappy designed strips. So far this is the only thing wrong with oven - works great otherwise.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our came off to not put on good at all very poor conditions can you still use the oven, the rubber is very light and doesn’t seem to do anything from sealing the oven. It’s new and falling apart.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is to prevent oven heat from heating your control knobs. My rubber strips came off within the first month. It must be a design flaw. I have been using it without for a week with no issues so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well both of my rubber strips is falling off. Cook in it yesterday for the first time and whole house smells of burnt rubber. If they are supposed to stay this is a very poor design of fastening them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there. We do not recommend removing anything from the interior around the oven door. This is part of the door structure. ~ Anna
