• We have it in a 3000 sq foot house in central Texas. Along with the AC it has no problem keeping the house at 50%. I have it directly draining into a condensate pump that pumps into a sink and it will fill the sink in a matter of hours. Great machine.

A very damp or wet dampness level is recommended for 1000 square feet; while a slight or moderate dampness level is recommended for 1500 square feet. • Right now I have it covering most of the first floor (about 600sqft) and it’s doing great. Just make sure that you keep doors open to the rooms so that the air circulates. I keep it at 40% and have to empty the tank every other day.
