Questionwhen I hook up a drain hose to run to my sump , water doesn't run through it. It will fill the water tank and stop when its full and I have to empty. I want to use the drain hose because we are gone alot. what am I not doing?

- Answer Make sure hose is not linked and runs downhill or straight into sump pump. I keep mine right on edge of drain so hose cannot get clogged! Hope that helps!
