• You are supposed to remove the turntable and use the included wire rack for the convection baking.

• Great question, Dougr! After viewing the Use and Care Guide, it appears that you are able to turn the turntable feature On/Off when using the cooking features. You are able to view additional information pertaining to the turntable in the manual on page 19. We hope this information was helpful to you. -Ciara
