• My refrigerator only has the ice and water switches and not any buttons, so there is no reset button for me either.

• I saw that too, and maybe your refrigerator is different but I know mine doesn't have a reset button. I wonder if that's only on certain Frigidaire models since this filter work on quite a few. The only thing you will have to do is run about 8-10 glasses or so of water through the filter in order to purge the system of air bubbles and such.
