“Can someone please tell me if I can order this? i've called Best Buy and apparently its not sold in stores and unavailable online, so how are we able to purchase it? All the best Buy reps tell me to buy it at another store.”

You will need to keep checking the .com site for availability and if you go into your local store they should be able to order it for you.
