“How long can the camera be underwater at a time? If I am in a pool or shallow water for extended periods of time will it compromise the camera?”

• There is no time limit on submersion, I have had mine out on the river all day!

• We used this camera in sea water for snorkeling for over 3 hours and had no issues!

• No I used mine in the ocean all day just do the fresh water soak at night

• The instructions recommend no more than 2 hours at a time, then soak it in fresh water for an hour before drying it off. I have been in salt water for 2 hours continuously, which is about the battery's life
