• Yes, the software used to do the scanning can be installed on up to 5 computers after you register a ScanSnap account. The scanner will then need to be connected to the computer through USB or wirelessly via Wi-Fi.

• I have never tried that but I don't see why that wouldn't work as long as all of the computers have the software on it.
