The Air Vent Mount is designed to work only on air vents with horizontal slats. If the air vent's slats run vertically, then the mount cannot clamp to them. If you own the vehicles in question, you will know whether the air vents have horizontal or vertical slats. If you do not yet own one or more of the mentioned vehicles, I'd recommend contacting the dealer or popping in and taking a peek inside one. -JPK
