With your Garmin watch showing one of the time settings on the face of the watch, follow these steps: Press OK button once; Press Down button 4x to Settings; Press OK button once; Press Down button 8x to Language; Press OK button once; Press Down button until English shows in the middle if the screen; Press OK button once; Press Back button 2x to get to time.
