“How is this unit powered?”

• When you turn on your vehicle the Garmin Dach Can stars starts recording and stops when you turn off the vehicle. also when you connect to a computer it will ask on small screen to turn on, and will connect to the computer and be powered by it. I think there is also a small battery inside the Dash Cam, and powers it when system loses power.

• It is powered by an included 12v car charger cable. It can also run on battery for up to 30 minutes. ^DK
