• Another difference is the Dash Cam 35 does not record audio, the Dash Cam 45 does.

• Both of the Garmin dash cams are very good. I bought the 45 for a couple of my semi trucks. The 45 works well and is very compact. One of my drivers has a 35 and swears by it. The major difference is the size of the screen. The 45 is very compact with a small screen. For what I want I will probably buy the 35 for the rest of the trucks due to the larger screen.
