• Yes, with the purchase and installation the Garmin Parking Mode Cable, this dash cam can record while parked.

• You have to get a mounted car camera WITH PARKING MOTION DETECTOR . Have it hard wired in your car BUT it will only film in one direction so just turn it around for interior filming as needed.
