It shouldn't be hard to remove. The metal disk the dash cam's magnet uses to attach to the windshield is held on by double stick tape . You should just have to use a razor blade to remove the metal disk and use some Goo Gone to remove any residue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The magnetic plate is held on with thick gooey tape. Do not heat it, or you may crack the windshield. Use some dental floss, place it around one side, and saw through the goo. Roll off what's left with your finger, and clean any residue with lighter fluid on a paper towel. The camera comes with an extra tape piece, or you can get some at Home Depot, and re-use the plate in your next vehicle.
