• Having purchased and installed the Garmin Dash Cam 35, Garmin Dash Cam 45 and the Garmin BC-30 wireless back up camera. The answer to your question is No. The Garmin BC-30 transmits a signal to the Garmin GPS when the vehicle is in reverse.
