Does this camera work when it's dark outside? null

While this Dash Cam does not include night vision capabilities, it will record video of what is illuminated by the vehicle headlights.

Yes, for lights in normal in town driving. Not sure you would get much of a video outside the city in mostly total darkness other than the light from your vehicle headlights as unit does not have IR capabilities. Video in city driving is very useable. Hope helps.
