- A:Answer It is normal and expected for the products to become warm or hot and remain safe for use in warm climates with full sun exposure. The temperature of the device itself can exceed the specified maximum operating ambient temperature for the device and remain safe for use. Always follow the device use and care instructions contained in the product manual.

- A:Answer This dash cam is compatible with up to a 512 GB microSD card, must be class 10 or faster. A low-profile Magnetic Mount to attach to the windshield is included, a Mini Suction Cup Mount is sold as an accessory, part number 010-12530-05.

Q: QuestionDoes the display stay on while in use/driving? Mine stays on and i cannot find a the setting to turn it off if it exist.

- A:Answer Yes, this model includes a Display Timeout setting that allows you to set the screen to stay on while the camera is receiving power or turn off after one minute of idle time. The camera continues to record while the screen is off, and the recording LED remains red to indicate the device is recording. Go to Settings, System, Display Timeout.

Q: QuestionCan you easily turn off the collision and lane departure warnings? My car already has those features (which are largely a PITA and mostly wrong).

- A:Answer Yes you can turn them off. I have the lane departure turned off on mine and the collision is set real low but you can disable it.
