The amount of free space on this device will vary based on the software and map versions that are pre-loaded. If additional space is required later for map updates, a micro SD card can be used to expand the memory. The Garmin DriveSmart™ series supports cards from 8 GB to 32 GB, with speed ratings up to class 10 (including unmarked cards).
