Good question. This model is capable of holding up to 100 trips at a time with each trip limited to 30 waypoints/stops. If the number of waypoints you want on your route exceeds that device's limitation, it is recommended that you create a separate route or trip for each leg. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I added five stops on my way to NC from WI. I am not sure how many you can add or delete. I would go to the garmin web site and ask the question. I think the unit is great for the price. It is easy to input the info and the inch screen is easy to read.
