- Answer From the manual Operating temperature from -4 to 131 degrees F Charging temperature from 32 to 113 degrees F I have not used this one for long but my previous one endured very hot temperatures without issue. However from what little I've used this unit, I feel like it gets hotter than the old one. This may also be due to location as I have this one mounted to my windshield instead of between the front seats.
