No, it does not. What you are seeing is a photo error. The bundle does come with a heart monitor, that works very well, haven't had a problem. The one pictured is a Garmin HRM-RUN, that has an accelerometer that mesures torso movement to calculate 3 running metrics: Candence, Vertical Oscillation and Ground Contact Time. The Forerunner 230 is not capable of reading the HRM-RUN. But like I said before the forerunner 350 bundle does come with a heart monitor but it only mesures that the heart beats. The watch has an accelerometer that mesures cande ce and altitude along with steps if worn as an activity tracker too. The HRM--RUN heart monitor is only compatible with Forerunner 920XT. Somebody needs to update the photo on the Bestbuy site. Am including a photo.
