“Will it pick up movement if something is happening behind my car? Or will I have to move it closer to the back? Someone has been recently messing with my car and I’m eager to find out who. Also does this come with a SD card?”

The camera has roughly 180 degree field of view. You would have to have it rear facing to catch any activity behind the vehicle. There is no mini sd card supplied, that would be up to you to purchase, the higher capacity card, the more video stored until overwrite.
