• No, this has the standard traffic updating every 5 minutes. I believe that you can purchase a power cable from Garmin that will give it the "HD" traffic, updating every 30 seconds.

• No, this model comes with standard traffic that refreshes every 5 minutes. You can also get a subscription (one time charge) for Live Traffic which is every 2 minutes. Any Garmin device that has the letters HD in the model number are the ones that come with HD traffic. ~JH
