• No, this unit is not equipped to show truck routes. You need to use the Garmin Dezl series for truck and RV routing. I have a Dezl 630 on my truck for navigation. I am very pleased with the Dezl series.

• No, the nüvi 2589LMT does not have a truck specific navigation mode. For commercial truck drivers, we recommend the Garmin dēzl series of devices. They have truck routes, as well as take into consideration you truck's profile (height, weight, length, hazmat, and more). ^DK
