I've found them to be especially long lived and durable. They also seem to fit more firmly than some off brands. Sandisk has offered additional cloud storage for the past two years at a site that appears to be a Chinese domain. As a fairly seasoned computer user, it looks like you're jumping through hoops to use them. At the 2016 CES they even made it a Marquee feature. If you take advantage of it, I strongly suggest sending only encrypted data to it.
