• Yes, the nüvi 2597LMT will work in Italy and Great Britain. Please be aware that the default mapping pre-loaded on this unit (City Navigator® North America NT) only provides coverage for North America; mapping for Italy and Great Britain must be purchased separately. Full coverage of both Italy and Great Britain can be found in one map called City Navigator® Europe NT. It can be purchased pre-loaded onto a microSD card, or as a digital download for you to put on your own microSD card at home. -LB
