QuestionCan it be used to see my position while on a train?While my primary use for this is on a car, I'm going to be taking train trip, and I'm interested in seeing my dot move across country on a map. Will off road work for this?

- Answer Yes, as long as the device is able to acquire satellites, then it will do its best to display its movement on the map. However, keep in mind, you will not be able to navigate with it while on a train. {CW}

- Answer Currently these devices are only compatible with Bluetooth embedded on a Smartphone. In order to connect to the device, the cell phone must be running either Android 2.1 and newer or an iPhone 4S and newer running iOS 6.0 and newer. - Answer The 2689LMT will work in a car or truck. However, please note that if you're referring to an OTR truck or a commercial truck of some kind, the 2689LMT does NOT offer any truck-related navigation options such as height, weight, and hazmat restrictions. For that kind of trucking data, you'll need to look at our dezl line. -JPK
