- Answer Yes, you can do 2 Setups as you want: -Setup the Video on Recording Automatically so whenever Garmin detect Lane Changing or a sudden change of speed. This won't take a lot of memory on your card. -Turn the Video on recording mode all the time but it will require you a bigger Memory Card. And you can always delete those videos at the end of your Trip or you can edited and use it as home video for your Trip Journal.

- Answer The Garmin nüviCam LMTHD has a feature called "Voice-activated navigation" which means you can speak to the device and tell it what dress you would like to navigate to. The device will the provide spoken maneuvers to that destination (ie: Turn right on Main Street...). {CW}

QuestionIt comes with a 4 GB memory card. Is that enough? Can you use a higher GB card?

- Answer Yes, No need to store more than that for the camera footage. An accident will last a quick second. You can always save that moment using the automatic accident detection feature or press the button on top to save the video. I am sure with 4 GB you will be able to save hours of video.

- Answer According to the specs, the battery life on the Garmin nüviCam LMTHD, after being fully charged, is about 30 minutes. We would encourage the device to be connected to external power for extended trips which will also allow it to get the free HD Traffic subscription. {CW}

- Answer I got the Garmin softcase, no good, took it right back, not for a $400 GPS. I found on Bestbuy's website a Rand McNally Hard Case for up to 7" GPS or Tablet etc... If your gonna spend $400 on a GPS get a hardcase, one drop in the soft-case and there goes the screen or even the whole unit.
  I would recommend:
  - Rand McNally - Hard Case for Most 7" GPS

- Answer It comes with glass. It will survive a drop from your windshield but not from walking while carrying.

- Answer No, the nüviCam LMTHD mounts very similar to our other devices. No professional installation required and it can be removed off of the dash when it’s not being used. ~JH

- Answer The Garmin nüviCam does not have a split-screen to show the camera and the map screen. However this can be done on the computer using the Garmin Dash Cam Player. {CW}
