Yes it will work with 99% of all garments it works with a 5-inch I have and a 7-inch I have the only thing to do is to go to a Best Buy and flip it on and make sure it's snug. But yes it should fit no problem

I have a Nuvi 765 and it works well. Tilt your adapter at an extreme angle and it will come off your current mount ball, snap on the new mount - good to go.
