• It seems to work with all the Garmins. Best used on a flat surface, but holds on the turns.

• We have the Garmin NUVI 279 and it fits wonderfully, the Garmin suction unit no longer falls off the window. Took the suction unit off and mounted it right to the Portable Auto Friction. Stays right where we put it on our dash. We do have a dash carpeted cover that keeps it from slipping around.
