• Yes, their is a vibration setting for both alarms and notifications. Vibration also has an intensity level.

• It has vibration, silent, notification and alarms. You can also use the Garmin Connect to configure these options.

• I did change the notifications to vibrate only. Then within a week I also change what notifications are too annoying and got rid of the “take a walk” reminder once an hour.
