If you click the lap button u can start a new set or exercise. You can build your own workout in the app to follow as well. And it’ll display what you’re supposed to be doing on the watch face and count reps. To move to the next workout u click the bottom left button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it won't identify the 2 different exercises. It will more than likely identify the last exercise. When doing strength training if you want to save the reps for each exercise you will need to press the button to go to rest and then record the next exercise.
