• The vivoactive HR is compatible with Garmin Connect Mobile, and there is an app option for Windows phone. For more information on compatible mobile device visit www.garmin.com/ble. Garmin Connect can be paired with MapMyFitness so that uploaded workouts transferred to Garmin Connect are also sent to MapMyFitness.

• Yes. I'm using a Lumia 950. Paired fine and syncs most of the time. Sometimes I have to sync a couple times before it shows fully synced. Notifications are a little flaky. I'm not sure about mapmyfitness.
