• The vivoactive HR will pair with a compatible smartphone using Garmin Connect Mobile. The device will then be able to control the music player on the phone. Since the vivoactive HR is not able to pair with an iPod nano it will not be able to control that device's music player.

• NO... you cannot work Nano with this. Only iTouch or apple phone.
