• Yes, the vivoactive HR has full GPS so it "maps" your activity and will easily sync the info over to the Garmin Connect App on your phone. you can view all sorts of info from your activity including a map. I also sync the activity info from the Garmin Connect App to my MapMyFitness account all the info syncs over currently except the step count. I then share the info from MapMyFitness to Facebook.

• you can see a map of your run on the garmin app on your phone. I believe there is a option to "share" on facebook. But its a link to the map.

• Yes and Yes. I am able to share my activities through the free Garmin Connect App. It will produce a map of your activity and then in the upper right hand corner of the map tile click on the share button. l
