• The Vivoactive HR has both a timer and vibration alarm. In addition, the vibration alert has three levels that you can adjust to your preferred level.

• The vívoactive HR does not have a countdown timer in the stock software from Garmin. There are some applications available from 3rd party apps in Garmin Connect IQ (the app store) that may have countdown timers. The vívoactive HR does have a vibration alarm.
