I've left my phone in other rooms and I will still get notifications. But you can't leave it on the other side of the house and expect to get stuff. Also you can't reply to text on it; you can only read.

Please try again later.Just like any Bluetooth device its got to be within about 10m or so depending on walls, etc. I can easily get notifications throughout most of my house. No, you cannot reply to texts with it. This is a fitness tracker, not a smart watch. The texts shown will provide most of the message unless its very long and in that case will show a portion of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get message notifications when I've left my phone on the 1st floor and I'm on the second on opposite sides of the house, it is very good. Regarding replying to SMS, there is an app for Android I believe, but none for iPhone.

I am able to go all over my house and get messsages on my watch. As for replying to a text, it has the ability but I haven't used it yet. Just have not taken time to figure it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The vivoactive HR will need to be within range of the phone to be connected to Bluetooth. Typically this is within 30 feet. The vivoactive HR does not have the ability to reply to a text message.
