I’m looking for the Vivosmart 4 that has music control, I was told by Best Buy the one I purchased had this and NOT TRUE! It’s model 010-019951 can I find out witch Model would have this feature null

This model does have music controls, and they work well. You just have to find them in the Garmin Connect app settings, and activate this option in "widgets" section.

All vivosmart 4's have the music control feature.  You need to enable the Music Controls widget in the Garmin Connect app by selecting the device, selecting appearance and widgets.
