“How does it recharge? The description says it has rechargable batteries but the "What's included" only shows the band and a manual but no cable. So how do you recharge it?”

When the band is properly clipped into the cable, 4 electrical contacts on the back of the band match up to 4 in the clip. This cable can also be used to attach the band to a computer (PC or Mac). This is most useful (but not required) when doing a firmware update.
